Terms and Conditions

As a Brand Ambassador for Love + Chew you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting Love + Chew.

Love + Chew reserves the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application in our sole and absolute discretion.You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application. Love + Chew reserves the right to terminate their relationship with an Affiliate for any reason they see fit, and violation of any of the terms below will result in automatic termination from the program, without payment of any outstanding commissions.

Love + Chew also reserves the right to change, update, and modify the Terms of Service at any time, without notice.

Requirements for Acceptance:

  1. You must operate an established website (or Instagram account) in the United States.
  2. All Affiliates must comply with the Terms of Service.
  3. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old
  4. Affiliates must adhere to the agreement of one post & one story every month
  5. Affiliates cannot promote or have working relationships with similar or competing brands.

Website Restrictions:

  1. Your website and social media accounts cannot contain any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, harmful to minors, or inappropriate.
  2. Brand Ambassadors cannot use any software or use technology that attempts to intercept, divert or redirect Internet traffic to or from any other website, or that potentially enables the diversion of affiliate commissions from another website.
  3. Brand Ambassadors are not employees of Love + Chew and cannot act on behalf of the company, represent themselves as an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the Company.
  4. Brand Ambassadors cannot use any trademarked terms as part of the Love + Chew domain: i.e. https://loveandchew.com/ or www.loveandchew.com.

As a Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:

  1. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee or partner of the Company. I cannot act on behalf of the Company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the Company.
  2. I will abide by the requirements of one post and one story on Instagram each month, as established by Love + Chew.
  3. I will not affiliate, promote, or work with any other brands that are associated with or competitors of Love + Chew.
  4. I acknowledge that I will earn 15% from every sale made, After reaching $50, Love + Chew will send a check via Refersions, and Every time $200 is made, the percentage will increase by 1 and is capped at 20%.
  5. I will not post any inappropriate content or materials and I will represent Love + Chew in a manner that is respectful and appropriate.
  6. I will not sell Company products on unauthorized websites on the internet or in retail establishments.
  7. I will ONLY advertise coupon/discount codes that are provided exclusively to me through the affiliate program.

This agreement is subject to acceptance by Love + Chew and either party may terminate this agreement without cause or written notice.
