The best way to get Love + Chew sold at your local market is to let Love + Chew and your local market know you want it! Please contact us at info@loveandchew.com & let your local store know by talking with their "grocery buyer."
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Love + Chew ships free for subscribers and individual orders of $50 or more. Your cookies will always ship directly from our baking facility in California, in order to receive the freshest version of our product.
It is our promise that when you order directly from our website at loveandchew.com*, you will receive the freshest products available made with only the finest ingredients.
Delivering a superior quality product is important to us. If your cookies arrive in anything less than excellent condition, we promise to replace your order free of charge within 30 days of purchase.** If you find physical damage to the packaging or product due to mishandling during the shipping process, please email us within 2 days of receiving your order at: info@loveandchew.com.
*Unfortunately, any products purchased from a retailer, third party Ecommerce site, or distributor must be returned or exchanged where purchased.

Yes, if you’re traveling or just want a subscription break, just email us at info@loveandchew.com and we'd be happy to pause it for you. You can also log in to your subscription account, select your subscription, and click "skip next order."
